Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Manager I, B2B Sales to lead a large outbound sales organization focused on merchant acquisition and SMB growth. You will oversee 6 Team Leaders and an extended team of 80–120 agents in a high-volume, cold-calling environment.

The role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and a proven ability to drive results in a performance-driven sales setup. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years of outbound sales leadership experience managing leaders.
• Deep experience running high-volume outbound or cold-calling programs.
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven sales management and conversion metrics.
• Specialized SMB-focused sales experience.
• Familiarity with Funnel Velocity and Pitch-to-Close metrics.
• Track record in large-scale market acquisition strategies.
