Job summary

WTW is seeking a Cloud Operations Analyst in Metro Manila to support and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure powering Insurance Consulting and Technology services. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day operations across production and non-production environments.

You will work with solution architects and engineers, implement IaC/CI/CD practices, and contribute to process improvements while rotating through shifts to meet business demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting and managing Azure or other cloud providers.
• Demonstrated experience delivering IT projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end IT service support processes.
• Hands-on with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Solid ITIL Service Management knowledge and practical use.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT Service Management processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance, Service Requests) solo or with a team.
• Configure, respond to and resolve monitoring alerts for system health, security, performance and capacity.
• Provide support for production and non-production environments to ensure uptime and SLAs.
• Develop automation ideas to improve internal tools and processes.
• Document operational procedures and best practices for task execution.
• Support deployments and automation practices including IaC and CI/CD with development teams.
• Capture and share operational knowledge and issue-resolution guidance with the team.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers and support teams on project delivery.
• Pursue ongoing knowledge in cloud products and services through company training.
