Job summary

WTW seeks a Cloud Operations Analyst to maintain Azure cloud infrastructure supporting Insurance Consulting and Technology services. You will handle incidents, changes, monitoring, and automation while partnering with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure 24x7 availability.

You will implement IaC, CI/CD workflows, and improve internal tools. Strong scripting, ITIL knowledge, and problem-solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Azure or other cloud providers.
• Understanding end-to-end support processes and escalation paths.
• Hands-on with infrastructure monitoring and operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT Service Management processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance, Service Request).
• Configure, respond to, and resolve monitoring alerts for health, security, performance, and capacity.
• Provide support for production and non-production environments to ensure uptime.
• Develop and document operational processes and best practices.
• Work with IaC and CI/CD pipelines with development teams.
