Job summary

The Manager, Cloud Operations at AIA Digital+ Philippines will provide day-to-day support to all business units using Azure public cloud, including incident-, change-, request- and problem management. This role focuses on optimizing cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security.

You will manage and administer the Azure environment, analyze existing processes for improvements, support cloud adoption, and work on a 24/7 shift roster to implement changes, resolve incidents,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Operations / Support.
• 5+ years managing AKS, containers and enterprise Linux.
• Relevant professional certifications (Azure, AWS, ITIL).
• Experience with Enterprise Public Cloud services & automation.
• Experience in a decentralized organization and IT operating model.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Azure cloud environment with governance and optimization.
• Analyze and improve operational standards and processes.
• Support cloud adoption during transformation and modernization.
• Work on a 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and resolve incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot cloud issues and collaborate with IT and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
