Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Cloud Operations Analyst to support Azure-based cloud products used globally. You will handle ITSM processes, monitor system health, and contribute to automation and IaC efforts to maintain uptime.

The role requires Azure experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong scripting abilities (PowerShell/Python). You’ll work with cross-functional teams across production and non-production environments, with rotating shifts to meet business demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting Azure or other cloud providers.
• Experience delivering IT projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end support processes.
• Experience managing infrastructure, servers, and operations with monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Solid ITIL Service Management knowledge and application.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT Service Management processes including Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance and Service Request, solo or in a team.
• Configure, respond to and resolve monitoring alerts for system health, security, performance and capacity.
• Provide production and non-production support to ensure uptime and service levels.
• Develop automation scripts to improve internal tools and processes.
• Document operational knowledge and best practices for tasks and resolutions.
• Support IaC and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers and other support teams on projects.
