Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior fund accountant to join our Alabang office in the Philippines. You will maintain books and records, prepare financial statements, and supervise a team of staff supporting private equity funds and asset management clients.

The role requires a Master’s degree in accounting or finance, 6+ years of relevant experience, IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, and strong English communication. Hybrid work (3 onsite days) is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA)
• 6+ years’ accounting experience in financial services (Private Equity/Asset Management/Fund Administration)
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP
• Experience reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements
• Consolidations under IFRS experience
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Team player with supervisory experience (3+ years)
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and enterprise accounting systems
• Experience with Investran desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund NAVs
• Coordinate and review financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports
• Coordinate carried interest / performance / incentive fees calculations
• Coordinate investor capital calls, distributions and allocations
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work
• Act as day-to-day client contact and respond to investor queries
• Liaise with Investor Relations and auditors
• Monitor compliance with service agreements
• Participate in client presentations and projects
• Support ongoing expansion and evolution of the business
