Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Manila is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee fund administration operations within the Real Estate team. You will review books, consolidate where needed, and supervise staff while ensuring timely delivery of financial statements and performance reports.

Applicants should have 6+ years in financial services accounting, strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and superior English communication. A hybrid work setup and Alabang office location are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field with professional qualification in accounting.
• Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience in financial services, real estate, or fund administration.
• Experience supervising staff for multiple years and coordinating teams.
• Strong IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge and financial statement review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review books and records and prepare simple sub-consolidations when needed.
• Review and/or prepare financial statements and reports including performance metrics.
• Review management accounts and reporting packs, carry/fee calculations.
• Supervise processes and junior staff, sign off on work.
• Coordinate with on-site stakeholders and monitor staff development.
