Job summary

Citco in Alabang, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Fund Administration Manager to lead a Private Equity SPV team, delivering accurate financial statements, allocations, and client reporting. You will coach staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain GLs and sub-ledgers.

This role requires IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, 8+ years in financial services accounting, and strong English communication. Hybrid work (3 days onsite) at Filinvest City, Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years' experience in accounting for financial services (Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration).
• Supervisory experience of 6+ years.
• Knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP.
• Experience preparing general ledger and financial statements.
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems; Investran desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff including Managers, Supervisors and direct reports.
• Oversee daily operations and guide department goals.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and partner allocations.
• Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers; review capital activity and allocations.
• Coordinate with audit processes and client servicing plans.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely deliverables.
