Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Business Development professional to join the Health and Benefits team in Manila. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office and focuses on developing new business, managing client portfolios, and pursuing opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will leverage market research, networking, and collaboration with senior colleagues to identify prospects, prepare compelling proposals, and advance deals while building your career in business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in employee benefits or insurance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market information and prepare clear, client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and presentations to develop interest and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of potential accounts with a high level of sales activity.
• Use existing networks, account leads, and targeted research to identify opportunities in a designated region or industry.
• Support senior colleagues on deal processes, proposals, and client pursuits to build exposure and experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contract developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare due diligence reports, presentations, and targeted marketing plans for prospects and client pursuits.
