Mace in Manila is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our APAC team on a full-time basis. You will shape and deliver marketing, employer branding, and communications strategies that support business growth and engagement, working closely with senior stakeholders.

This role offers influence over key initiatives while driving brand visibility across the region and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified marketing and communications professional with strong written and spoken English.
• Experience across corporate communications, PR and marketing in client-side, agency or international settings.
• Strong strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, campaign delivery and brand leadership.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication and commercial acumen; develops thought leadership for UK standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies to support growth.
• Protect, position and promote the Mace brand through campaigns and thought leadership.
• Provide strategic marketing advisory to leadership, sectors and business units.
• Drive account-based marketing, lead generation and opportunity conversion.
• Deliver market intelligence, research and insights to inform strategy.
• Champion collaboration and sustainability, supporting net zero ambitions.
