You will support senior colleagues on deal processes, prepare due diligence materials, and help shape market strategies through research and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in employee benefits or insurance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market information and prepare client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and presentations to develop interest and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of potential accounts with a high level of sales activity.
• Use existing networks, account leads, and targeted research to identify and pursue opportunities in a designated region or industry.
• Support senior colleagues on deal processes, proposals, and client pursuits to build exposure and experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contract developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare due diligence reports, presentations, and targeted marketing plans for prospects and client pursuits.
