Job summary

Marsh Philippines is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Treaty Broking to lead and manage treaty broking for multinational accounts. The role focuses on marketing, presentations, and documentation execution in a regional context.

The candidate will develop materials for new business, renewals and clients, and drive revenue generation while ensuring best broking practices and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of reinsurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and/or projects.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of new, renewal and prospective business for multinational accounts including the marketing and solicitation of accounts and the preparation / presentation of research, financial analysis, placements and formal documentation execution.
