Laminar Aviation, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist (Aviation) based near Subic Bay Freeport Zone. You will handle aviation parts procurement, manage customs processes, and coordinate with suppliers and brokers to maintain a steady, compliant supply chain.

The role requires knowledge of aviation standards, fast-moving materials, and strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on integrity and reliability in a time-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven procurement experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong background in customs processes, import/export regulations, and documentation.
• Familiar with aviation parts, compliance requirements, and handling of fast-moving materials.
• Knowledgeable in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and procure aviation parts and related materials in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations and aviation standards.
• Monitor fast-moving materials inventory and ensure continuous supply without operational disruption.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality and airworthiness standards.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
