Qualifications

• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Accounting, Warehouse, and Administration teams.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approved budgets, and authorization procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing, company purchasing information, and other business-related information.
• Support cost-control initiatives and ensure timely procurement of project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review Material Requests (MR), Purchase Requests (PR), and other procurement requirements.
• Source materials, equipment, tools, and supplies from qualified suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Prepare canvass sheets, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other supplier conditions.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites and company locations.
• Arrange transportation, trucking, courier, or delivery services as required.
• Monitor deliveries and immediately report delays, shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Monitor the movement and delivery status of purchased materials.
• Maintain organized procurement and logistics records and ensure proper documentation.
