Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a senior Supply Chain and Procurement leader to oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and inventory planning for spare parts across the Philippines.

You will drive cost optimization, ensure availability of critical parts, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence in aviation and industrial sectors. The role requires strong ERP proficiency, multi-site leadership, fluent English (C1), and a track record of

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
Proven procurement and supplier relationship management experience.
Strong background in warehouse management, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.
Experience in aviation, industrial maintenance, engineering services, automotive, industrial machinery, or mechanical spare parts is highly preferred.
Experience managing teams across multiple sites is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Solid understanding of ERP systems and inventory management processes.
Strong negotiation, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment.
Master's Degree or Engineering Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level is required.
Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, logistics and warehouse operations.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements.
Build and maintain supplier networks; manage supplier performance KPIs.
Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and ethics.
Develop supply planning strategies for spare parts across airport locations.
Optimize inventory levels balancing availability and costs.
Lead, develop and support the Supply Chain team.
Monitor costs, inventory performance, and KPIs; drive improvements.
