John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a senior Supply Chain and Procurement leader to oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and inventory planning for spare parts across the Philippines.

Reporting directly to the Contract & Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement strategy, supplier management, inventory planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of critical spare parts, optimizing costs, improving supplier performance, and supporting operational excellence across the Philippines.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements.
Build and maintain a reliable network of local and international suppliers.
Identify alternative sourcing solutions to improve competitiveness and supply continuity.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
Manage supplier relationships, contractual matters, and dispute resolution.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, standards, and ethical business practices.
Develop supply planning strategies to ensure timely availability of spare parts across multiple airport locations.
Optimize inventory levels while balancing equipment availability and inventory carrying costs.
Implement effective replenishment and inventory control processes.
Plan, supervise, and reconcile inventory counts and address discrepancies.
Drive initiatives to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
Develop maintenance kits and predefined spare-parts lists within the ERP system.
Ensure efficient movement of materials between suppliers, warehouses, and operational sites.
Lead, develop, and support the Supply Chain team.
Set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
Establish and implement procurement, logistics, and warehouse policies and best practices.
Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Monitor procurement costs, inventory performance, and supply chain KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
Proven experience in procurement and supplier relationship management.
Strong background in warehouse management, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.
Experience in aviation, industrial maintenance, engineering services, automotive, industrial machinery, or mechanical spare parts is highly preferred.
Experience managing teams across multiple sites is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Solid understanding of ERP systems and inventory management processes.
Strong negotiation, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment.
Master's Degree or Engineering Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level is required.
Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage.
