Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for audio and video production.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical issues.
• Support production teams with audio/video-related technical problems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and related systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve complex issues.
