EOS IT Solutions in Batangas, Philippines, seeks an IT Support Engineer to monitor and maintain a global AV and network environment. You will provide first-line client support via phone, email, and remote access, diagnose issues across hardware, software, network, and AV systems, and ensure reliable operation of meeting rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Engineer/Technician role with AV exposure.
• Hands-on experience supporting AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS) and audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to deliver within defined measures of success.
• Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving focus.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line contact to clients via phone, email, and remote VPN access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, and AV systems.
• Support, configure, and maintain AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS).
• Configure audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS) and other DSP solutions.
• Monitor and maintain customer endpoint estates, including AV endpoints and network devices.
• Maintain infrastructure resilience, backup, and recovery.
• Ensure high-quality IT/AV support in line with SLAs and security standards.
