Job summary

Ford Philippines is seeking a Wholesale & Stock Planner to monitor company stock, manage wholesale allocations, and support vehicle ordering and stock planning. The role ensures accurate tracking of arrivals, stockyard utilization, and ordering systems while maintaining updated records to support sales and dealer requirements.

Responsibilities include reconciling monthly wholesale plans, allocating vehicles based on production and orders, and coordinating with IT on QAD, VISTA, and GOaLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration and/or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily company stock, vehicle arrivals and PDI output, focusing on newly arrived units.
• Manage and update the Wholesale line-up and ensure all related files and data are maintained.
• Track stockyard capacity and utilization weekly and monthly.
• Monitor PDI loose items (matting, warranty booklets, COC, etc.).
• Tag and allocate additional dealer vehicle requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with IT on QAD, VISTA, and GOaLS system issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data is updated monthly in GDBP and production allocation supports orders.
