Job summary

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in software tools are required.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year work experience in inventory management/control, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Willing to work irregular hours when big shipments come in.
• Has physical ability to move heavy items manually and with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries of ordered equipment and supplies, and place these in the proper locations.
• Prepare items for delivery, ensuring they are certified by the Quality Inspector.
• Count inventory to determine low or excess stock levels.
• Inspect products to identify potential problems with loss and damages.
• Forecast inventory needs based on customer demand and historical data.
• Prepare purchase requisitions to replenish stock.
• Submit reports about stock outages, overages, and losses.
