Job summary

In this role you will monitor inventory, develop purchasing plans, and maintain accurate reports. You will also support sales documentation and drive process improvements while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/engineering related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years B2B sales or trading experience in industrial commodities or manufacturing inputs.
• Familiarity with PEZA, BOC processes, and import/export documentation.
• Strong abilities in pricing, quotations, and client relationship management.
• Able to analyze sales reports and monitor purchasing plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, quotations, and concerns with timely response and resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare purchasing plans, and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales, purchasing, inventory, and other required reports and documents.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements and support process improvement initiatives.
