Job summary

Changan Automobile Philippines is seeking a Senior Parts Specialist to establish and oversee the spare parts business across the Philippine market. You will forecast demand, plan procurement, manage inventory, and coordinate warehousing and logistics to ensure timely parts availability and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with headquarters, dealers, and suppliers to optimize inventory and drive profitability, establishing a sustainable parts supply system from ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in spare parts or automotive after-sales operations.
• Experience with ERP, DMS, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage spare parts framework for the Philippine market.
• Forecast demand and plan procurement to optimize stock levels.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
• Coordinate logistics, customs, and distribution with partners.
• Lead dealer support, parts sales planning, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and continuous improvement.
