Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/MP&L or equivalent such as Economics/Commerce/Business Admin or Industrial/Automotive Engineering.
• Familiar with logistics and production planning concepts (e.g., just-in-time, materials requirement planning).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; broad range of computer skills— database, spreadsheet, statistics applications, and logistics software.

Responsabilités

• Manage service part inventory, stock levels and action plans for moving/non-moving items.
• Review demand for fast/very fast-moving items and advise volume to avoid back orders.
• Review and limit stock for slow-moving or Buy on Demand items.
• Find root causes for death stock items and create prevention plans.
• Work with suppliers and Ford broker to track air/sea shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
