Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding process for new dealer after sales personnel, ensuring they receive comprehensive training
• Assess organizational training needs and design, develop, and implement programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Create training materials
• Coordinate learning events
• Ensure training aligns with company goals

Qualifications

• A college graduate of BS-Mechanical Engineering
• In the automotive industry for 4-5 years and has a technical and non-technical training background.
• Excellent in managing multiple projects, programs, and budget
• A person with strong leadership background and has strategic planning skills to foster manpower development
• Able to create training curricula and materials using various instructional methods

Working Pattern and Location

• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
