Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new dealer aftersales personnel, ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
• Assesses organizational training needs and designs, develops, and implements programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Creating training materials, managing budgets, coordinating learning events, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring training aligns with company goals.

Qualifications

• A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• Has 5 years of professional experience.
• An individual with strategic and creative mindset to align training strategies with organizational goals and address evolving workforce needs.
• Strong foundation in leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to foster manpower development and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Capable with creating training curricula and materials using various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom training.
• Capable of overseeing the delivery of training sessions and events, managing logistics and ensuring programs are executed efficiently.
• Capable in conducting Technical and Non Technical Training.
• Can measure the impact of training initiatives through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Working Pattern and Location

• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
