Job summary

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our Metro Manila service operations on a full-time basis. This role drives customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards in a high-volume dealership/service center.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, manage budgets, improve processes, and develop staff while maintaining strong relationships with customers and completing inspections per manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory and team leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with service management software and systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive standards, safety and best practices.
• Ability to budget, manage costs and analyze performance.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and manage all service department activities.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and staff.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure quality control and conduct inspections and audits as required.
• Prepare service budgets, track expenses and monitor labour costs.
• Implement procedures per manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure inventory and availability.
• Generate service reports and KPI analyses for management.
• Foster safety, quality and customer-centric service culture.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth.
