Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations, including service scheduling and workflow monitoring.
• Ensure automotive services meet company standards; monitor progress and on-time delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the branch.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Support achievement of monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Promote automotive products and services to customers.
• Monitor daily sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Implement branch marketing programs and promotions.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling; ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns; monitor satisfaction and retention efforts.
• Monitor branch expenses and operational costs; oversee cash handling, sales reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment and reporting.
• Supervise branch staff and technicians with the branch manager.
• Assist in scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking; provide coaching.
• Promote discipline and teamwork; act as OIC when Branch Manager is away.
• Ensure adherence to policies; enforce safety standards in tools and hazardous materials.
• Support safety and environmental guidelines.
