Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or graduate of Automotive Technology.
• Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate assistance to ensure smooth flow of work in service reception.
• Oversee workshop activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Recommend action plans to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Service Manager.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Ensure repairs are conducted cost-effectively.
• Ensure time clocking is captured on repair orders by technicians.
• Handover repair orders to Quality Inspector after completion for quality check.
