Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies seeks a Workshop Supervisor in Metro Manila to oversee technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality repairs. The role requires leadership, diagnostic expertise, and a focus on safety and efficiency within a fast-paced workshop.

You will supervise workloads, monitor standards, and provide technical guidance while preparing performance reports. An automotive vocational background with NC II is required for this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Automotive Vocational Course.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• NC II Certification.
• Strong knowledge and skills in vehicle diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily workload to workshop technicians.
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with workshop standards.
• Provide technical support and handle complex vehicle repair concerns.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure repairs are completed without backjobs.
• Monitor workshop tools, equipment, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Lead and coach technicians and address performance or operational concerns.
• Prepare and monitor required performance and operational reports.
