Qualifications

Graduate of an Automotive Vocational Course.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year in supervisory capacity.
With NC II Certification.
Must be a Professional Driver’s License holder (1 & 2).
Strong knowledge and skills in vehicle diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
With leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assign daily workload to workshop technicians.
Monitor repair quality, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with workshop standards.
Provide technical support and handle complex vehicle repair concerns.
Conduct quality checks and ensure repairs are completed without backjobs.
Monitor workshop tools, equipment, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
Lead and coach technicians and address performance or operational concerns.
Prepare and monitor required performance and operational reports.
