• Proactively contacts customers after the first maintenance appointment and those with pending service recommendations.
• Promotes service promotions and follows up on recommended services via calls, texts, or email blasts.
• Receives incoming calls for service appointments and schedules maintenance for customers.
• Ensures confidentiality of customer information and vehicle profiles, sharing data only with management approval.
• Updates customer information for future prospecting and follow-ups.
• Conducts after-service follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction with the service.
• Conducts after-sales follow-up calls to verify satisfaction with services from Sales and service departments.
