HR Network Inc. in Dasmariñas, Cavite is seeking a Fleet Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Fleet Sales Executives and drive growth through corporate and fleet accounts. You will coach, set targets, and oversee client engagement.

The role requires building new fleet opportunities, conducting client visits and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in fleet or B2B sales are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in fleet sales, automotive sales, or B2B sales.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is an advantage.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades
