Job summary

Jetour Greenhills Sales Department seeks experienced automotive sales professionals in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes walking customers through product presentations, test drives, and financing options while maintaining high closing rates.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in automotive retail sales, with preference for those familiar with Chinese brands and strong digital lead generation experience across social platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding monthly targets.
• Experience selling Chinese automotive brands (Chery, Jetour, MG, BYD, GAC, BAIC, Geely, Omoda/Jaecoo) is a strong advantage and familiarity with PHEV/EV is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital/online sales and lead generation with measurable results (units sold from online leads, boosted reach, inquiry-to-sale conversions).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking sheets, or dealership management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and attend to walk-in customers per showroom protocol.
• Present products tailored to customer needs, budget, and lifestyle; facilitate test drives.
• Prepare accurate quotations and guide customers through financing options.
• Execute full sales closing process from deposit to contract signing with Finance & Insurance coordination.
• Achieve a minimum personal monthly closing ratio of 20–25% (lead-to-sale).
• Actively generate and manage online leads via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms; post engaging content and coordinate ads.
