Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive retail sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding monthly targets.
• Experience selling Chinese automotive brands (Jetour, Chery, MG, BYD, GAC, BAIC, Geely, Omoda Jaecoo) is a strong advantage.
• Proven digital/online sales and lead generation with demonstrable results (units from online leads, boosted posts, inquiries-to-sale).
• Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram for Business, TikTok for Business or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead-tracking sheets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and assist walk-in customers on the showroom floor.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate test drives per protocol.
• Close sales and coordinate F&I and documentation for a seamless experience.
• Generate and manage online leads via social media and respond promptly within business hours.
• Maintain online lead tracking and conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
