Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking a Sales & Marketing Promotion Team Leader to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns that drive vehicle sales and strengthen customer engagement. You will work to align initiatives with dealer operations and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales/marketing with automotive experience, excellent communication, and a track record of successful promotional events and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with proven automotive industry experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive products, dealership operations, and vehicle sales processes.
• Experience planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work during promotional events, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing promotion strategies to increase vehicle sales and after-sales service revenue.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, dealership events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
• Work closely with the Sales team to design promotions that support monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to recommend effective marketing initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, suppliers, and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, promotional displays, digital content, and sales presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze sales results to measure ROI and recommend improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure promotional activities are delivered within approved costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate partners, and community organizations to support business development.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding and manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
