Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an automotive sales professional for Jetour Greenhills showroom. You will greet customers, present vehicles, run test drives, and close deals with F&I coordination. Strong online lead generation and digital ad experience are highly valued.

Qualifying candidates will have a marketing/business degree or equivalent automotive sales experience, with 2+ years in retail sales and a proven ability to meet targets. Knowledge of Chinese brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience in high-performing automotive sales may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive retail sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience selling Chinese automotive brands (Chery, Jetour, MG, BYD, GAC, BAIC, Geely, Omoda Jaecoo) is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in digital/online sales and lead generation with measurable results.
• Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram for Business, TikTok for Business, or equivalent paid digital advertising tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking sheets, or dealership management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and attend to walk-in customers with professional decorum.
• Conduct product presentations tailored to customer needs, budget, and lifestyle.
• Coordinate test drives and guide customers through financing and payment options.
• Execute the sales closing process from reservation to contract signing with F&I support.
• Maintain online leads, respond quickly, and convert inquiries to showroom appointments.
• Keep accurate records in the Online Lead Tracking Sheet and daily activity logs.
• Stay current on Jetour Greenhills model lineup and competitive comparisons.
