• Motivates Sales Consultants to achieve targets.
• Responds to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Oversees office sales processes and reporting.
• Leads weekly sales meetings and address concerns.
• Generates weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Performs other duties as needed.
