Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience successfully managing and leading a high-performing Automotive Marketing team.
• 5+ years of individual contributor experience in quota-carrying B2B / B2C / SaaS sales roles.
• A bachelor’s degree Marketing, business Management or any related courses
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team sales quotas.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce / HubSpot and modern sales enablement tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach: Mentor, train, and manage a team of account executives to consistently meet and exceed individual sales quotas.
• Drive revenue: Define, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with corporate growth strategies.
• Build sales pipeline: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
• Analyze performance: Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and present data-driven pipeline insights to executive leadership.
• Optimize processes: Refine sales scripts, onboarding programs, and CRM workflows to decrease sales cycle duration and increase win rates.
• Manage key accounts: Personally step in to cultivate high-value prospect relationships and assist in closing complex, enterprise-level deals.
