The Automotive Dealership Manager is responsible for managing dealership operations, driving vehicle sales performance, developing business opportunities, and ensuring effective dealership execution. The role oversees sales activities, customer engagement, inventory management, dealer partnerships, and overall dealership performance to achieve business growth objectives.
Manage overall dealership operations, including sales activities, customer service, inventory coordination, and daily business execution to ensure achievement of dealership targets.
Lead, coach, and monitor dealership sales teams to improve productivity, sales performance, customer engagement, and achievement of revenue goals.
Develop and implement dealership sales strategies, market initiatives, and business development activities to increase vehicle sales and expand market presence.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, financing partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to support dealership growth and business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, lead generation, conversion rates, and dealership KPIs while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership standards, documentation requirements, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with concerned departments regarding vehicle availability, financing processes, customer concerns, and other operational requirements to ensure smooth dealership transactions.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to support dealership expansion and revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Management, Finance, or any related field.
With at least five (5) years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, business development, sales management, or related functions.
With supervisory or managerial experience handling sales teams, dealership operations, automotive sales channels, or customer-facing business units.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, dealership management, customer relationship management, sales strategies, inventory monitoring, and business development.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage teams, drive sales performance, and build strong business relationships.
