Job summary

Laus Group of Companies in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee dealership operations, drive performance, and ensure seamless execution of sales and service processes.

You will lead marketing initiatives, develop strategies, manage accounts, and coordinate with banks and financing partners, while mentoring staff and expanding the dealership's market presence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced employees specializing in Business Operations, Automotive, Corporate Sales or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the dealership.
• Develops strategies, directs development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising & event support.
• Ensures the successful implementation of all the marketing campaigns & projects.
• Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.
• Establishes sales territories & quotas.
• Seeks out and establishes new accounts.
• Represents the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates and customers.
• Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.
• Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
• Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates implementation of personnel and compensation changes.
• Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross training, and public seminars and trainings.
