Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales Executive (Automotive Industry) to manage client accounts across vehicle sales, services, parts, and mobility solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field is required or preferred.
• Experience in account management, sales support, or customer service is advantageous.
• Knowledge of automotive sales, after-sales service, or dealership ops is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain automotive client accounts (vehicle buyers, fleets, service customers).
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries on vehicles, services, parts, and warranties.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and financing-related documents for sales and services.
• Monitor account performance, service history, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Operations to fulfill client needs.
• Track vehicle orders, deliveries, registrations, and payment updates.
• Assist in billing, account reconciliation, and service invoicing.
• Maintain accurate client and vehicle records in the CRM/ERP system.
• Support the sales team in meeting automotive targets and service revenue goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities for PMS, repairs, parts, accessories, and warranties.
