PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Transition Tools & Reporting Senior Associate to optimize managed services through automation, reporting, and process improvement. You will engage across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, building client relationships and guiding teams.

In this role you’ll leverage project management, technology, and data analytics to deliver high-quality outcomes while navigating complex scenarios and promoting continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in transition or managed services.
• Proficient in English (oral & written).

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition and execution of managed services to optimize client operations.
• Lead delivery teams in implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
• Oversee service delivery and performance management using project management skills.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to anticipate needs.
• Apply analytical thinking to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in engagements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.
