Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an Associate to support transitioned managed services delivery, optimize processes, and drive efficiency across client engagements. You will work with delivery teams, leverage automation tools, and apply industry standards to deliver value.

You will engage in continuous improvement, build client connections, and grow your technical knowledge of PwC services and technology resources within a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Deep expertise in Managed Services delivery, including tech PM, architecture/design, and transition support.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.
• Broad knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements by contributing to managed services projects.
• Assist in transitioning and managing service delivery teams to optimize performance.
• Participate in development and implementation of process improvements.
• Engage in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize automation tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Conduct process performance analysis to identify improvement areas.
• Collect and analyze data to inform insights and recommendations.
• Apply technical standards to uphold conduct and independence requirements.
• Build commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
