Job summary

You will lead automation initiatives, train the team, and streamline processes while maintaining and integrating multiple platforms to reduce manual data entry.

Qualifications

• Hands-on systems development and automation experience.
• Advanced Google Workspace user.
• Zoho Creator super user with app development skills.
• Strong Zapier integration and automation experience.
• Practical knowledge of WorkflowMax.
• Ability to independently analyse a system and identify improvements.
• Translate operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and refine existing systems.
• Proactive in identifying automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Zoho Creator apps, workflows, forms, reporting, automations and integrations.
• Act as Google Workspace super user, improving utilization of features.
• Review processes and recommend better use of Google Workspace.
• Implement improvements and train the team on Google Workspace.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho, Google Workspace and other platforms using Zapier.
• Identify double handling and reduce manual data entry.
• Create automated solutions for repetitive admin tasks.
• Create simple user guides and provide practical training.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve technology use in the business.
• Troubleshoot problems and refine existing systems.
