Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Automation Specialist to drive process modernization within the TA Systems, Tools, and Enablement function. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automation workflows to optimize Talent Acquisition operations in a hybrid Manila setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience with Zapier/Power Automate, plus a relevant degree and strong organizational skills for high-volume requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in workflow automation using Zapier, Power Automate or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business administration or related field.
• Strong organizational skills for handling high-volume technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier and other tools to optimize TA operations.
• Accelerate recruitment and TA workflows by reducing manual tasks.
• Assess feasibility of automation requests and align with processes.
• Collaborate with Systems Support and Innovations teams for tool integration and uptime.
