Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines, invites you to join as an Automation Specialist. Hybrid, day shift, 12-month fixed term, reporting to Systems Support and Talent Acquisition Enablement to modernize processes and drive efficiency.

You will build Zapier automations, assess feasibility of automation requests, and coordinate with IT and enablement teams to ensure reliable tool connectivity. A strong track record with workflow tools and API integrations is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Power Automate.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BA, or related operational discipline.
Strong organizational capabilities to handle high-volume technical requests.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows to optimize TA operations using Zapier and other tools.
Review automation requests for feasibility and alignment before implementation.
Collaborate with Systems Support and Innovations teams to maximize tool connectivity.
Accelerate day-to-day recruiting workflows and reduce manual task load.
