Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist to design, test, and support workflow automations within the Microsoft ecosystem. Hybrid work setup in MOA Complex, Pasay, offering dayshift hours.

You will gather requirements, translate them into digital workflows, troubleshoot issues, and explore AI capabilities like Copilot to boost productivity across Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Foundational experience creating or supporting basic digital automations.
• Strong systems aptitude to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Self-motivated with ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
• High attention to detail when mapping data and configuring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and support workflow automations and cloud solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Manage and configure team spaces, document repositories, and communication channels across Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Gather operational requirements from business units and translate them into digital workflows or applications.
• Troubleshoot system errors, debug automation failures, and perform root‑cause analysis on broken workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and suggest automated, tech‑driven improvements.
• Review and update technical documentation, user guides, and configuration notes for internal systems.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI capabilities, such as Microsoft Copilot, to enhance workforce productivity.
