Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines, invites you to join as an Automation Specialist. Hybrid, day shift, 12-month fixed term, reporting to Systems Support and Talent Acquisition Enablement to modernize processes and drive efficiency.

You will build Zapier automations, assess feasibility of automation requests, and coordinate with IT and enablement teams to ensure reliable tool connectivity. A strong track record with workflow tools and API integrations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Power Automate.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BA, or related operational discipline.
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle high-volume technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows to optimize TA operations using Zapier and other tools.
• Review automation requests for feasibility and alignment before implementation.
• Collaborate with Systems Support and Innovations teams to maximize tool connectivity.
• Accelerate day-to-day recruiting workflows and reduce manual task load.

Your Role:

As an Automation Specialist, you will report directly within the Systems Support and Talent Acquisition Enablement functional line to drive process modernization. Your core responsibilities include:

• Zapier Automations: Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows using Zapier and other enterprise automation tools to optimize Talent Acquisition operations.

• Workflow Acceleration: Accelerate day-to-day recruiting and operational workflows, systematically reducing manual task overhead across the TA enablement ecosystem.

• Feasibility Assessment: Review and analyze incoming stakeholder automation requests, evaluating technical feasibility and process alignment prior to implementation.

• System Integration: Collaborating closely with the Systems Support Specialist and Innovations team to maximize tool connectivity and system uptime.

What You Need:

Preferred skills/expertise

• Familiarity with executing operational pipelines and utilizing API integrations within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal or JobAdder.

• Exposure to corporate shared services or IT-BPM project coordination environments.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a solutions-oriented approach to systemic bottlenecks.

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience working with workflow automation tools (specifically Zapier, Power Automate, or similar enterprise integration platforms).

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related operational discipline.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with an ability to process high-volume technical requests without sacrificing focus.
