Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related course.
• Knowledgeable in machine design, automation, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Capable of handling engineering projects and equipment-related concerns.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs.
• Analyze machine faults, PLC alarms, and control systems.
• Implement PLC-based improvements and automation solutions.
• Monitor and optimize PLC-controlled machines and systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective troubleshooting.
• Support machine commissioning and programming.
• Develop and update control-system documentation.
• Coordinate with teams to implement improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance of PLC modifications with safety and quality.
