Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process engineering and production improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inspection and testing to verify product conformity and identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Using statistical tools (SPC, control charts) to analyze quality data and drive improvements.
• Assessing and mitigating risks related to product quality, safety and reliability.
• Establishing and maintaining SOPs for manufacturing or production processes.
